If you have reserved and paid in full for a cabin or dormitory at the Bayou Segnette you can check in at 3pm. 

Parking is Free.

If you have reserved a room at the recommended hotel, you may call the hotel on the day of arrival and ask about early check-in availability. Standard check-in is at 3pm.
